Markneel Balgos is an Instructor of Speech Communication at the Department of Communication, College of Arts and Communication, University of the Philippines Baguio. He is also a graduate student studying MA in Social and Development Studies in the same university. He graduated cum laude at University of the Philippines Diliman with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Speech Communication. His research interests include development communication, organizational communication, indigenous studies, social movements, and protest art. He facilitates various communication workshops from time to time.
