Markneel lleto Balgos is an Instructor in Speech Communication at the College of Arts and Communication, University of the Philippines Baguio. He is currently a Master of Development Communication student at the University of the Philippines Open University. He graduated cum laude at the University of the Philippines Diliman with a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication. He is the current head of Dulaang UP Baguio, the performance arm of University of the Philippines Baguio. His teaching and research interests include development communication, indigenous and folklore studies, interpersonal communication, performance, and rhetoric. He facilitates theater, speech, and science communication workshops inside and outside the University from time to time.
