“The Dulaang UPB seeks not only to revitalize the theater tradition on campus but also to provide training in various aspects of theater work. A significant aspect of its mission is promotion of development theater at the grassroots level, with community groups learning the rudiments of theater as a vehicle for expression of vital issues.”
DUPB is an institutional organization of the University of the Philippines Baguio. It specializes in performance as a medium of communication and engagement with the audience.
The organization produces stage plays, organizes training and workshops for its members, provides interactive practice to the community through performance, conducts research, and facilitates discussion.
DUPB is housed by the College of Arts and Communication but membership is open to faculty members and students from other colleges of UP Baguio with a passion for storytelling.

Ang Pagpapalayas kay Bakunawa
Ang Sitio Silahis ay isang maralitang komunidad na puno ng mga pusa, tilapia, kantahan, at mga manok. Binubuo ito ng mga makukulay na miyembro ng mga jeepney drayber, mekaniko, at manggagawa.
Sa Sitio na ito rin lumaki ang maaliwalas na magkapatid na si Tala at Bulan.
Bilang maralitang komunidad, sanay na ang mga taga-Silahis na ilaban ang kanilang mga tirahan. Hanggang sa, isang gabi, dumating ang Bakunawa.
Samahan sina Tala, Bulan, at ang Sitio Silahis sa kanilang pagtindig laban sa Bakunawa! 
Inihahandog ng Dulaang UP Baguio ang “𝘼𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙖𝙜𝙥𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙨 𝙆𝙖𝙮 𝘽𝙖𝙠𝙪𝙣𝙖𝙬𝙖,” isang orihinal na produksyong musikal na isinulat ni Trist’n Buenaflor at musika ni Novie Grace Jayme, sa direksyon nina Dennis Gutierrez at Andrei Inso.
