BENJAMIN GEORGE P. MEAMO III is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Communication major in Speech Communication and minor in Broadcast Communication (Cum Laude) from the University of the Philippines Baguio in 2017. He is currently an MA Media Studies (Broadcast) student at the College of Mass Communication, UP Diliman under the UP FRASDP Local Fellowship grant. He has published works in Asian Politics & Policy, Southeast Asian Media Studies Journal, and Kimata: A Journal of Contemporary Literary and Visual Art. His research interests are media studies, space and spatiality, cultural studies, Marxist geography, and the political economy of media. He is an activist, unionist, creative writer, and a music enthusiast.
