DENNIS V. GUTIERREZ is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from the University of the Philippines College Baguio in 1998. His interests include media production, scriptwriting, and theater arts. He started his broadcast career as radio program host of music and talk programs. In 2002, he was promoted to Program Director of DWRA FM 92.7 MHz Baguio (RGMA Network, Inc.), and Station Manager in 2004. As program host, he handled the program “Talk to Papa” and developed its radio drama component. In 2014, he was promoted to Regional Operations Manager of the network’s Luzon FM stations, and in 2017 he was appointed Program Director of DWLS FM 97.1 MHz Manila (GMA Network, Inc.) where he launched the station’s “Barangay LS Forever” campaign and developed the FM drama production of the nationwide program, “Barangay Love Stories.” In 2020, he returned to UP Baguio to start his teaching career. He is the current head of Dulaang UP Baguio.
