In a world full of complex problems and strife, design takes center stage as designers assume a new role where they begin to design to address real-life issues. This kind of design is no more ubiquitous and pronounced than in the works of Good Design Award Philippines awardees where their designs are fueled with malasakit, the Filipino virtue of compassion and good will to others. In this session, we will get to hear from present winners of the Good Design Award Philippines and learn a thing or two on how to design with malasakit.
